I am a psychiatrist with a comprehensive and integrative approach to mental wellness. My style of medication management and talk therapy is open-minded, supportive, curious, and creative. I place immense importance on individualized patient care. I am trained in an array of therapeutic methodologies including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic depth therapy, psychedelic integration therapy with harm reduction counseling, and trauma-informed care.
