I am a psychiatrist with a comprehensive and integrative approach to mental wellness. My style of medication management and talk therapy is open-minded, supportive, depth oriented, curious, and creative. I place immense importance on individualized patient care. I am trained in an array of therapeutic methodologies including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic talk therapy, psychedelic integration therapy with harm reduction counseling, and trauma-informed care.
Sessions are designed to be understanding, tailored to each individual, effective, and empowering. My integrative knowledge base ensures that each patient’s physical, mental, and spiritual factors are considered holistically in their healing journey. I advocate for mass adoption of this style of tailored psychologically-minded care as I'm the Talk Therapy Training Director at HCA Orange Park Psychiatrist Residency training program, and I contribute authorship on publications supporting this comprehensive style of training.
For me, the field of psychiatry has been a fulfilling path, humbled by the challenges my patients face, and I'm deeply honored to be trusted with their unique narratives. Witnessing my patients cope with and overcome their mental challenges is what keeps me passionately dedicated to this work.
Beyond my professional commitments, I enjoy jogging, writing poetry, and playing the guitar. I also have a rich background in practicing and teaching yoga and meditation.
I am proud to serve as the office manager at Albright Integrative Psychiatry. I graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Valdosta State University in 2022, and I’ve always been drawn to work that supports mental and emotional wellness. I feel truly fortunate to be part of a holistic, integrative practice that prioritizes the mental well-being of all individuals. It’s meaningful to be part of a team that values compassion, connection, and whole-person care—and I’m grateful to contribute to that mission every day.
